Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse or prepared at a store you will receive an email confirming the tracking number and transport service so that you can track your parcel online.

All orders will be picked and packed within 1 business day of them being placed. However, during sale periods and popular product launches please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. If you want to know about the status of your order (and it has been longer than 3 business days) please emailinfo@aisuru.com.au. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne Metro, to get an idea of how long your delivery will take please use the Australia Post-delivery calculator here. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect product, please simply return the unused item within 14 working day of delivery through our returns portal.

Once received, return packages are processed within 14 business days. The time to post an exchange can vary depending on demand and your refund is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank for details.

AISURU products are not tested on animals. AISURU does not condone nor support the idea of animal testing for cosmetic purposes; nor do we employ anyone to test on our behalf.
